Banff National Park

Banff was established in 1885 as Canada's first national park and covers 6641 square kilometers. It began when workers on the Canadian Pacific Railway came across hot springs in a cave in the region. The park includes; hiking trails, camp sites, three resorts, various ways to ski, some of Canada's finest shopping and dining, and various other facilities and activities.
